No fax messages on the phone today - wooo!

BT phoned and left a message on the answer phone.
"we have found a technical fault and this has now been resolved, etc etc etc "

I am amazed that they phoned back to be honest.

Was it wonderful?

To be honest - no - it's just another webform.

But it's my journal and whilst I feel somewhat underwhelmed by it all, it's not fair for me to assume that this hasn't so far been a marvellous experience for you dear reader.
