I'm at work now. The last week here has been real unpleasent. A group of kids (we think) have been watching people put in their pin number. Then later they go back and steal a bunch of stuff out of that persons locker. It is real sad because the people that are getting ripped off are usually families and sometimes they are traveling from far away

It sounds like they could just have one pin and do it repeatedly. Looks like time to change everyone's pins and slap them on the wrist and tell them to watch out.

Everyone gets to choose their own pin each they rent a locker. The lockers are operated with a touch screen. The touch sceen makes things more user friendly but makes peoples actions easer to watch. We are working on putting polarized film on all the screens which should make spying on someones pin a bit more difficult. If it was up to me I would put a camera on each terminal like on ATM's. It probably wouldn't happen because it would cost $10K plus to do so.

I have an idea what these people look like. I just can't accuse them without rock solid evidence, without proof it leaves me open to litigation.
