So I just wanted to say that I just spent $131,000. Well I didn't technically spend it yet but I'll be paying like I did for a while. I bought a condo in south Everett (inbetween Everett and Lynnwood) It's pretty nice. Newly remodeled, 1 bed 1 bath with around 750 sq.ft. And it's on the top floor. I don't close until Dec. 11th so I won't be
