Call me crazy, but...
...I think I might still be able to experience Die Frau ohne Schatten at Lyric Opera Chicago for under $100 and in one day. How? There is a (final) performance on Thu Dec 20th at 6:30pm. Megabus runs an inbound bus that leaves here at 8:30am and arrives in Chi-town about 2:00pm. The opera runs just under four hours, getting me out of the Civic ( Read more... ) -

CBS has decided to bring back The Amazing Race....IN TWO WEEKS! Their new show Viva Laughlin was a dud, and TAR will take its place on Sunday nights. There were several fans on the internet hoping for its demise to make way for the 12th season of Amazing Race, which was filmed in July and was slated to be a mid-season replacement.
