I thought I was helping by focusing on school and doing chores. I thought I was helping by working with my sis on her homework and driving her around when the parents couldn't. I really thought I was helping by staying here and continously graduating with these degrees and managing home life while everyone else worked. I cooked and cleaned. I

It sounds like you need to cut ties sooner rather than later... or you need to stand up and tell them how you really feel. They use you and don't seem to care.. guarantee that if you did actually leave you wouldn't be gone a day when someone would be calling begging for you to come back.
