This is one of my pet peeves about some men. "Oh, no! I can't neuter my pet. I wouldn't want somebody to cut off my balls!"

I wouldn't want to wear nothing but a collar, poop in the yard, and sleep in the corner either (well, maybe the first part...) but that is the life of a dog!

I miss the nude beach I used to frequent in Vancouver.

I'm glad the columnist put it in such unequivocal terms, though. That part was good.

I can't respect anyone who won't fix their animals. It's just laziness.

I dislike when I see ads with people wanting a free pet but insisting that they're going to get the shots and spay/neuter; they just don't want to pay a lot of money for an animal. Dude, that $200 dog from the humane society with all of its shots and that is already fixed is a freaking steal.

My vet rolls his eyes at guys like that too. He told me that (racial stereotype alert!) young men who, um...resemble the male cast members of Jersey Shore in looks and attitude never want to get their dogs neutered.

I love the columnist's answer, though. I wish I was that eloquent.

I can't believe someone could use that as an excuse and be serious. Good Lord.

I dated somebody like that. Actually, two somebodies. The second one made a point to only adopt female puppies because he couldn't bear to disfigure a male.

I know, right? It's a dog, dude. It's not a surrogate for your own feelings of inadequacy.

Right? Besides, dogs (and cats and other little animals) can't control their reproductive urges. Most humans are able to keep it under control.
