Then there was a trip to the Generation X Garden. The Lower East Side of Manhattan has lots of little community gardens everywhere, where people can volunteer and pitch in to make it beautiful, and it's open to the public to enjoy a bit of solace in this busy city. This one is unlike all the others that I've seen though in that it was more themed.. and i LOVED IT. I must go back more often.
