Next time I'm down in the Scavenger's Yard, I'm not coming back out until I find an umbrella. Right about now, if any of those general stores/merchant people had umbrellas, they'd be raking in tons of money, but they aren't, because they have NO UMBRELLAS IN STOCK ( Read more... )

Maybe I could go to find you an umbrella? I work with one of the scavenger groups... Come to think of it, I should probably find more than one umbrella.

YEAH! Good, good. And if you can find a few sheets of plastic too, I'd appreciate it and of course pay for them too.

Sure, I could grab up some of those for you. Want me to get them now?

Oh hey! I hope you get this message in time... I kind of feel like this mode of communication is so much more inefficient than phones, but I've no need for the plastic sheets now! Snow gave me a good idea on what to use, so just an umbrella should be good. Thanks anyway!

Well if you can't find an umbrella, look for a raincoat?

A raincoat... duuuh, I should've thought of that. I dunno if I trust the clothes they've got around here for the most part, 'cause nothing's ever in the right size around here, but I guess it wouldn't matter if a raincoat's too big or not.

You're a real helpful guy, Snow! Thanks.

Well maybe it would be best to make your own clothes? Though I agree a raincoat's size doesn't really matter as long as its not dragging on the ground.

Just doing what I can to help, Anna. You're welcome.

That'd probably be the smartest thing to try, but I'm really no good at sewing and that sort of thing. I don't actually know whether there's a tailor around here who I could apprentice under... right now, I'm workin the printing press.
