Here are the completed entries for challenge #3. Please respond to this post with your ratings. Tell us a bit about where you live.
I live in south Florida, in the Fort Lauderdale area. It's very hot here and there's lots of palm trees. I took the picture in my back yard as it was getting dark.
Where do you see your model going in this outfit/what do you see her doing?
I think this would be a good outfit for going downtown clubbing either on a date, or with a group of other fabulous girls.
What materials did you use?
The top is handmade paper covered in blue tissue paper, crinkled for a soft chiffon-like effect. The top of the top (that sounds really redundant) is beaded. The star on the bottom is a greenish blue sequin. The bottom is some shiny black paper I cut out of last month's Cosmo, although it photographed very unshiney :(

My old apt in Albany:
Tell us a bit about where you live.
I live in Albany NY. Albany and it's environs are called The Capital Region. Albany is a pretty old city, first settled by the Dutch, and it played a historical role in The Revolutionary War. It is the Capital of NYS. It is a cold weather place.
Where do you see your model going in this outfit/what do you see her doing?
I see her going out for a night on the town in this outfit, but she would be on foot, so her outfit needs to be versatile enough to keep her warm but also look cool when she gets to where she is going.
What materials did you use?
Paper from and old calendar, a piece of a black box for her boots and black trash bag for her leather jacket.
This also has a matching cap and bag, and black tights which time constraints did not permit me to make. But I think this could be worn for several seasons as a mix & match.

I live in Allentown, PA. It is the third largest city in Pennsylvania. There are several colleges in the area and we are only maybe an hour and a half from Philly and two and a half hours from NYC.
Where do you see your model going in this outfit/what do you see her doing?
I see her having fun. I designed an oversized bag to go with her outfit and the materials are shiny, so she would look especially great out on the town.
What materials did you use?
I used pink, black and dark grey shiny cardstock and dark pink tissue paper. The bag is woven out of the cardstock that was also used for the skirt.
