Tell us a bit about your chosen character. What does she do for a living? Who is she? This is Carol Hathaway. She is an ER nurse from the first season of ER. She loves George Clooney (don't we all?).
Where do you see your character going in this particular outfit?
I made Nurse Hathaway an outfit for work. On the show she is always wearing Salmon pink or peach scrubs. Ick! I brought her more modern with this mock wrap top in brighter colors.
What materials did you use for this challenge?
I used some yellow, easy wash material and some pink fabric with batiked palm tress on it.

Tell us a bit about your chosen character. What does she do for a living? Who is she?
Christina McKinney (of Ugly Betty) is the seamstress for Mode. She makes her own designs on the side. She seams to have a Bohemian chic style.
Where do you see your character going in this particular outfit?
Working, casual
What materials did you use for this challenge?
The skirt is the paper from a plum paper basket (colored paper, basically). Yellow sleeves from construction paper. Pink over shirt from a post-it note. Belt and necklace from some shiny wrapping paper (you can't really see it).

Tell us a bit about your chosen character. What does she do for a living? Who is she?
Judy Jetson is a typical teenager of the future. Judy is about sixteen years old. Her life revolves around fashion, boys, shopping at the mall and having endless phone conversations. She is a student at Orbit High School.
Where do you see your character going in this particular outfit?
I wanted to make a trendy "Jetsons style" outfit that was inspired by her original outfit, but at the same time, using my personal style philosophy- to take things a bit further than you'd expect. I kept her signature mini dress and leggings look, but turned them up a few notches. This outfit would be fun for school or on a date with Jet Screamer, her favorite pop star.
What materials did you use for this challenge?
I wanted some bright, bold colors, so I actually picked up some of those paint sample cards at Walmart. Those are the main components of the outfit, as well as glitter and beads for embellishment.
