You're right; 63 was far too young. :(

Just to let you know, I've nominated you over at magicawards for:

- Best Coloring
- Best The Vampire Diaries

If you're not familiar with the community, nominees are encouraged to nominate 5 more of their icons in each category as representative of their work this year. Here's the directory for easy reference to find the nominations.

Oh, thank you! That was very nice if you, I rally appreciate it <3.

I'm out of town at the moment so I don't think ill have a chance to do that until Saturday, though. I hope that's not a problem?

(Im still more than a little heartbroken over Lis. She was such a delight.)

It was my pleasure; I couldn't believe I was lucky enough to be the one.I don't think it's a problem? Nominations are open through the 8th and even if you can't, the moderator will grab five more of her choice. It would just be sad to not get to pick any of the icons representing you.

I don't know anything about her other than her screen presence but she was a joy to watch.

Now that I've caught up with SJA I've gone back and snagged a ridiculous amount of your Sarah Jane/SJA icons. I always love coming into a fandom that my favorite icon makers have already made their mark in! It's been a really bittersweet time to come into it, obviously, but I've loved discovering it all. Thanks for sharing.

I don't envy you getting into it now but I'm glad you're taking the chance to check it out. On the surface it seems like just a silly little show (even compared to Doctor Who) but there's such maturity in how the characters develop and grow both by in themselves and in their relationships with each other. The kids and Sarah Jane react to major changes in their lives so much more like real people than what i typically see on television. It really is worth watching just for the characters. Its also super adorable and like one giant group hug in tv show form.

Anyway! I'm glad you like the icons <3

Yeah, no kidding - I literally watched School Reunion for the first time and started fangirling Sarah Jane/Lis Sladen less than a week before she died. It's been a depressing couple of months! But definitely better late than never. I love all of the kids (especially Clyde!) and the whole team dynamic between them and Sarah Jane. "one giant group hug in tv show form" pretty much sums it up.

Always! :)
