I recently decided that I wanted a new pair of converse, but realized they don't really make them in my size. I am a half size in their shoes, but they only sell their shoes in whole sizes. Then I found out that you can special order and design your own pair online, and they come in half sizes! Someday these will be mine (when I can shell out $60

I didn't realize they only came in whole sizes! I have been wanting a pair lately, but I guess I'll be waiting on getting them too.

yeah it's so annoying! i found a pair of dusky pink plaid ones and LOVE them, but either one size is too big or too small, so i went to the site to see if they had half sizes there, they don't, but i like the black and grey too!

the thing about converse.... they make your feet look HUGE.

yeah i totally get what you mean! though i tried on the size that was a half size too big and they actually didn't look too big, so i'm hoping the right size will look fine. thankfully my FEET are the one thing on my body that aren't freakishly large/long!

I wear a 10 and I think they make me look like I have side show bob feet. Thankfully I don't think they are particularly comfortable or good looking, so I'm not broken up about it.

ALTHOUGH that said there are a lot of shoes I do see that make me go "omg, cute!" and when they bring them out in my size... they are not cute any more.

i have a couple pairs in half sizes, although they are really hard to find.

Kevin's older brother Brian ONLY wears chucks. I think he has every design known to man, low and high tops. He is so silly I believe he even wore them in his brother's wedding hee hee so cute! How can you make your own?! Maybe that will be our xmas present to Bri this year, we can decorate a special pair! he'd love that!

i've seen a few pictures of people wearing chucks on their wedding, they look pretty cute with a tux. hehe.

you can make your own on converse.com! that would be SO cool to make him a pair, especially because you can put your own text onto them as well, either on the heel or the side...so you put his name or a nickname or something on them!

I have a pair in half size. however, they're not that great if you happen to have wide feet. I bought guys ones, and they're still too narrow.
They end up bruising under my toenails if I wear them for too long. Not a very fun experience.
