Point of Canon: At the end of Kingdom Hearts II, right after she merges with Kairi.
Changes (Development): In Behemoth, faced with a world she was wholly unprepared for and is now forced to fend for herself in without any instruction, Naminé has reverted to her shyer nature. Her recent merge with Kairi has granted her the framework of a heart -- a souvenier, if you will, a sort of outline of residue left over from the contact with her Other. It does not function properly as of yet, although she will quickly find that it does function. Unfortunately, she does not realize it is there, and still believes herself to be completely a Nobody. This fragile 'heart' has not yet developed, but may begin to grow with the assistance of life experience. Her eyes seem a little brighter and more focused here.
Distinguishing Marks: None; she doesn't even have pierced ears.
Abilities: Namine's born abilities have to do with the manipulation of memories. These powers are most effective when used on Sora or someone he is connected to. With other people, they are much more limited, and might only reach as far as taking a small peek at someone's memories. Naminé is also familiar with art.
Weaknesses: She has almost no physical fighting capabilities, and her powers are slow and unwieldly. She has a tendency to bottle things up, and is not used to such a large number of people or her own new 'feelings'.
Fears: Being trapped, fading away, being forgotten, that the people she cares about will tire of her.
Appearance: Very thin, pretty short. Pale skin, blue eyes, blonde hair.
Personality: Shy, kind-hearted, quiet.
History: Born a Nobody at 14 years of age. She was captured by Organization XIII and forced to manipulate the memories of the Keybearer, Sora. She escaped, and decided to repair Sora's memories. She visited the digital Twilight Town to try and explain things to Roxas, Sora's Nobody. After being allowed to escape by Riku (after he had been ordered to kill her by DiZ), she disappeared for some time before reappearing to help Kairi escape from Organization XIII and later merge with her Other.
