My grandmother taught me embroidery when I was young, and let me completely ruin a lot of her supplies in my quest to be just as amazing as she was. I LOVE sewing but I've never had much success with plushies! I met someone online who had incredible plushie making skills, though, and I asked her about her secret... turns out it was a book you can buy pretty cheaply off Amazon. I still haven't gotten it but I might when we make our order of more practical homeownership-type books.

I LOVE THE BUNNY PEEKING OUT IN THE SECOND PIC, OMFG.

XD That bunny sits on my desk and mocks me! I picked it up specifically to pull it apart and study the pattern, but then I look at its cute face and have resigned myself to the fact that I just can't do it.

You should let me know the name of the book, y/y?

I don't think I could rip it apart, either! So glad to know I'm not the only adult who can look into a plushie's face and feel guilt. xD

And omfg, that was rude of me... I think it's called The Creative Book of Soft Toys but if you'll give me a moment I'll double-check.

It isn't even just plushies. ;3; I'm doing a custom mlp for Corgi, and I felt so bad about beheading/dehairing, and uh. doing some constructive surgery. "I'M SO SORRY PLASTIC LITTLE PONY. YOU'LL GO TO A BETTER PLACE."
