I'm quite the picky eater. I don't eat egg yolk (unless it's omelet or scrambled eggs) or chicken skin. Most people think it's because I'm being health conscious (both are high in cholesterol). But the truth is I don't like the the taste. I also don't eat lamb or mutton.

I am one of the most unpicky eaters you will ever meet. My eggs are always either scrambled or hard boiled. I have nothing against other egg preparations, but I prefer my yolks to not be runny. My husband likes his eggs sunny side up, but I can't make myself eat eggs like that.

I don't blame you on the lamb or mutton. I won't eat those either.
