news sources

I've been wondering about what the best news sources are, so here is a poll for you all. Currently I read cnn.com, listen to NPR, watch the NBC nightly news, and don't read any print news (unless you count the "Current in Carmel" flyer we get in our mailbox for free). I pipe a bunch of things into Google Reader, including Salon.com and Time.com's top stories. I also read things that other people share there.

I often read the "Today's papers" article on slate.com for this kind of thing. Also, cnn.com seems to have gone way downhill in the past few months or so.

Yeah, I haven't been too happy with CNN lately, thus the poll. I should start looking at slate.com, I know a lot of people do.

I watch Meet the Press and This Week every Sunday morning as well.
