I think its just where we live in Main. because I know for sure other parts aren't nearly as nasty on the weekends. maybe pot smoke smelly, but definitely not gross out beer stainy in the hall. y.

nope. only on special occasions. Like when they have a plane ticket to south america in january and nothing to do until then.
