Glad your new apartment is awesome, and your new job is awesome, and you have kitty-neighbours! (I hope that they're all neutered!) I think your goal at work should be to convince everyone else to refer to the other Sarah by a nickname, which you'll make-up, thus you can be The Sarah and she can be Something Else.

Except I've been Hubbs at all my jobs for the past 4 years due to the multitude of Sarahs, and I've come to love it :)
