Seriously, there's so much to love about this, from the unflinching way you portray how much Charles' life has changed, even in the matter of something as everyday as a bath; to the descriptions of Erik (mmm); to Charles's fierce desire for independence; to the sweetness of a shared chai latte and that instantaneous connection--and then, oh, ouch. *applause* Now off to part two!
