[Other] She can turn her body entirely into sharp-edged paper, form all that into razored paper airplanes, paper butterflies, etc. She sometimes makes various edged paper weapons.
[Clothing] She likes sexy clothes. Seriously. But she's also shy and would probably dress to blend in. But she's totally wearing really sexy underwear under that cloak! She likes makeup and flowers, and she'll retain the paper flower in her hair. Ninja carry lots of concealed weapons and armour, but she may choose to not schlep all that stuff around if her surroundings are not dangerous.
[Background] Konan grew up in a poor and war-ravaged country that the surrounding superpowers liked to recreationally stomp on. Her parents were killed at a young age, and she has spent her entire life since with Yahiko and Nagato, and then (after Yahiko's suicide), her lover Nagato. They are both messed up! You can tell because they have become supervillains bent upon conquering the world through a massive war that will create peace by convincing people that war is bad. (Nagato is sure this will work, y'see.) Konan is just as fucked up as Nagato (just in a quieter way), so she's going along with his plan of world domination. He was just about to nuke the crap out of the most super of the superpowers when he and Konan were whisked to Somarium. They're a wee bit disoriented at the moment.
[Personality] Konan is quiet, shy and gentle. She is naturally compassionate and caring. But she's also watched her loved ones get brutally murdered in a pointless conflict and become nicely screwed up since. Now she's a trained killer and deeply avoidant of other people (excepting Nagato) and very unused to having normal social contact with anyone. Despite her training, she does not enjoy violence at all. She'll kill anyone who messes with Nagato (or try, anyway.) She's probably freaked out enough right now to jump anyone who looks at her wrong. But in a bit, she'll back off from all conflict. She doesn't like fighting.
[Specialties/Abilities] She's a ninja. She can do ninja things. She primarily uses paper edges to cut people, but she also can use illusion and hand to hand techniques. Her primary ability is turning herself to paper.
[Affection] Konan is essentially married to Nagato, she is also shy and does not like other people. She's canonically beautiful, however, and the local guys are welcome to try. But she has also spent her life either living in a war-torn pit of a country or a creepy demon tower where she and Nagato kept dead bodies. (That they later reanimated, and then used to take over the world, but all of that is in the past now and she is here. With no world to take over anymore! And noteably, no war. And other people. That she might have to actually talk to. Omg.)
[Fighting] Konan is a ninja, she is canonically elite (not that this may mean much with assorted anime powerhouses running around). Her previous job basically amounted to killing people for money. People can pick fights with her if they want. But she actually isn't a violent person and may choose not to fight. Nagato will also probably have a cow if anyone messes with her. And he's about five million times quicker with the killing rage than she is. Nagato is fucking crazy even by anime standards. He's probably crazy enough to fight anyone, and Konan is crazy enough to back him up, shall we say.
