The first time I measured myself I felt really bad (I used the old-fashion scales where you scale yourself) and I moved the BIG one (that goes in 50 lbs increments) and I was thinking "DAMN! I need to move it AGAIN!?" ;;
Now, I weighed myself "hmm-------- okay, this CAN not be right" Either way, I have been feeling better and have been eating better and etc.etc.etc. :F I hope yourdiet is working! :D
I, personally, am not in a rush to lose weight so taking it easy might help with stress or aggrivation.
