Michelle and I were shopping on State Street when we saw this commotion...it was a group kind of like a humane society for snakes...I was holding that tiny gardener snake, and then the guy just came up to me and put the boa constrictor around my neck. The one in your hand is an albino corn snake :D I have two of them, one no thicker than your pinky, and one about two and a half feet long. I'll post some pictures soon now that my boyfriend has a digital camera I can use.

A corn snake would never be able to eat a rabbit, though the boa would do it in a heartbeat. you COULD, however, probably teach it young that the rabbit is not food. However you'd have to also teach the rabbit not to kill the snake, as they instinctively would head-stomp it.

Also, if you talk to that guy a bit, he'll give you his card and ask you if you want to come help take care of the snakes. You get los of play time, but you do have to clean cages. They have a LOT more snakes at the shelter though, and not all of them are firendly. They bring the sweetest ones to State Street.

LOL that's hilarious.

plus, i'm your friend through this engagement thing.. don't think i'm upset at all. i love you and i really like Addison, but just remember to take your time with everything.
