am trying to decide if i should go to tom's parents' house for thanksgiving.

turns out his brother and sister-in-law (who i really like) aren't going to be there, which by my calculations would mean tom, me, his parents, and maybe his weird 30-yr-old sister who makes pop-up books for a living and goes to bed at 9 pm.

My family (aunts, uncles, and cousins) is bringing all the good books they read this year and are putting it in a pile for everyone to dig through.

I was considering sending a video to my parents to show them my surroundings here in Berlin. But maybe your being in New York is old news for your family.

i think i've already told you this, but i'd love to do something veg for thanksgiving.

i'm here in the city with nowhere to go. in fact i'm going to make a post asking people specifically to help me get something together.
