so, i'm 29 now (on the 15th.) I started trying to write a small note, as i often do; a bookmark for where i am in my life. but its hard to have perspective for some reason. i think some questions would help. is there anything that you would like to ask me, or know of me? especially from the strangers. now is your chance. i will answer as honestly ( Read more... )

uh, i suppose the significant thing right now is the beard. the girlfriend likes it, is why i keep it, and i suppose i'm somewhat fond of it too. however, sometimes i get the odd cat stevens comparison, which i dislike immensely. lets see what else... nose and lips; a bit too big. eyes dark brown and slightly sunken. ears usually covered by shaggy mop of a hair. i don't mind my face. i'd look worse if it wasn't there.

i like that you keep the beard because your girlfriend likes it. this may sound strange, but i just got out of a long relationship, and if he would of kept a beard because i liked it, it would have made me feel really special.

i've had to think about this one for a while. its hard to understand what you mean. are you talking about a gentleness that is directed towards others? or some kind of state of calm? i'm having trouble with this one, sorry

probably started with intent, around 16 or 17. a lot of painful high school stuff. i knew i had a spark of something though, or at least, felt something vital about it. i started writing with more focus and clarity around 19 or 20, after reading more, and seeing it more as an art.

i'll have to get back to you on the films. there are too many good ones to pick from.
