So there's been some turmoil.
Sweetie's mom was buried in late May, then her sister died suddenly a week and a half later. We hadn't even received the credit card bills for the trip to bury her mom when we received the call. Fucking Hell. What a double whammy to my poor sweetie. :-(

Wow, that has to be a lot for one person to take in. That's so sweet of you to step in and take care of her like that. I hope she'll get through this alright. At least she seems to be crying less, right?

Yes, she got seriously sideswiped this year the poor thing. I didn't catch her crying today so that's something, right?
