my previous response must not be read negatively. i'm just not sure if sardonic wit is a character trait you want. sardonic wit is so 90s.

Yeah, it's very Janeane Garofalo. But it beats the "I like to sail, take things apart, and travel the world" people. I just can't imagine those types of kids really getting along with Jenn and me. I'd rather raise a mock-jaded misanthrope than an idealistic Hallmark child.
