Well, things are settling down here after my birthday. Being forced into the ripe age of 24, I questioned my own mortality, took a good look at my life, yadda yadda yadda. 23 shaped up to be in important year in my life. the Year everything came together the way it was supposed to. Good for me.

Happy 24th to me. David got me an Ipod, took me to Oklahoma to gamble and walk around strange new Hastings, and then watched the first disc of my new firefly dvds while we ate chicken wings from boomer jacks.

The smell of cantaloupe in the trash can always make me think of summers at my grandparents. I'm totally Ready for June to be over. This has been the most anxious month with out getting anything done. I want it to be July, So Sara will come home, so Harry potter will come out, so I can Move and stop poking around this apartment which suddenly seems Quite Small since we got the doggie.
