I'm less cranky now that I've slept for a million hours :)
Uh...and thinking a bit clearer ;) I think now that it may not be so black and white. If I can insist on the the day shift supervisor doing all the "liaison" work with show management, I have no problem leading emergency responses, posting, scheduling, etc. We'll see. Right now I'm busy just sitting around going 'owie' and wondering if I just lost my... uh y'know, that's what lj cuts are for....;)
