It is!, mostly because they always occur at 3am when someone decides that they don't want to go home and want to go do random thing and just says "Who wants to come?". Of course, being drunk, it always sounds like a good idea (though, all the people who would want to do creepy stuff have already hooked up and gone to do creepy stuff way before last call, so that's prolly why) I've seen lots of bars in the states, but do they have local pub like bars? Where almost everybody lives in the neighborhood? Even if you don't drink, I suggest joining a dart league or something.
