So. Sophomore year is over, and with it half of my time at Brown. FSDAKHKFHHH. Actually, that in itself doesn't bother me so much; I feel like I've really learned a lot and made the most of my time thus far in college. Right now, though, I'm dealing with the bittersweetness of being done, the frustration of missing commencement and time with ( Read more... )

Who are you and what have you done with Jon Russ? I would have thought you would have Company memorized by now. Three is a musical, though an overly sentimental one. On number 10, you've got the right island of origin, but wrong artist and genre. Obviously, you got 15 right, though. = )

At first I thought I only knew Slip Slidin' Away, but then I looked again when Jon guessed Sondheim on #3, paid attention, and knew "People Will Say We're in Love" from Oklahoma... good old Rodgers and Hammerstein and my girlish adoration of Shirley Jones. And then I looked at #9, and I knew that it was Extraordinary Machine by Fiona Apple. So yay for paying attention. See you soon? :-D

A-plus for you! I won't be at commencement, sadly, but I will certainly see you in August at the latest!

America's Next Top Model, I've discovered, is quite addictive, if you have the time for that sort of thing. And hey, even if you don't.
(see my lastest post).

Also, I can happily say that as of now I have heard all of your last fm listings on your userinfo. Go music, go being informed.

I AM GOING TO SEE YOU IN A WEEK! I hope.
