You interested in my guacamole recipe? Can you get chiles serrano where you are?

I am VERY interested, actually! I have a recipe that I like to make but I'd love to try something different!

As for serrano peppers, I have no idea. Dominion tends to have a pretty good produce selection, though.

Okay! Let me go retrieve it!

2 ripe avocadoes
1/2 chile serrano, finely chopped
1 tsp. onions, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/3 cup tomato, diced
Juice of 2 key limes, or 1 tbsp. lime juice
Coarse sea salt to taste

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mash well. Makes about 2 cups.

Only because you live so far away from me do I share this with you. . .and because surely it's printed on a product label somewhere.

French Onion Dip ala Tank.

- Lipton Onion Soup Mix (box of 2 packets dry! If you're buying liquid or a can, you're getting the wrong thing)
- 16oz container of Sour cream (one per packet of mix, so if you want to make both packets, get a 32oz container) 1 liter should be the closest metric conversion for you wacky Canada folk.
- 2 bag of Frito's corn chips (per container of sour cream. . .you will run out of chips before dip).

Enjoy.

I actually make a similar dip only I'll add 1/2 cup of light mayo per container of sour cream and also a clove of crushed garlic. Let it sit overnight and VOILA! It's a beautiful thing.

I KNOW and I'm not even kidding. That's the worst part. Apparently him, his brother and his dad used to munch on it when they were watching TV and thought it was quite tasty. I know from experience (after a 6th grade dare gone horribly wrong) that is one of the most disgusting tastes around. *gag*

Then there was the ex-BF that ate wet dog food sandwiches when he was younger claiming that it tastes like liverworst, but we won't go any further than that. lol

Oh geez... now *I* wish it was easter topo! Haha... that would be such a cute idea too!

I'll almost definitely do devilled eggs. People will probably kill me if I don't.
