If you didn't already know, I'm planning on buying a house when I move to the Pensacola area. I should be moving there early next year. The property there is cheap! I might need some roomies to help take up space. Now the only question is what the heck am I gonna do with 3 bedrooms?!

I am thinking of buying a home in the NE Pensacola/ Pace , FL area. I will be living in it for about 2 years while I go to school in the Pensacola and Milton, FL area. After my schooling I will probably rent it out after I leave.
