soooo..things are going pretty well. i took over my new position as department manager of decor, and that is going pretty well. it is a lot to learn and a lot to remeber, but i will get there. i have pretty good relationships with all of the other departent managers and my relationships are growing with my assistant managers. and i am getting paid

I am glad to hear everything is going good for you. You deserve it cause you are such a great person. Tell this Joe that he sounds great and he better treat you right or your girls from the east coast might have to make a visit to the west coast to take care of him. hehe.
