I need to clear out my bookmarks... namely, the recipe folder. I have a whole bunch of blogs and recipes saved up, so I figured I'll post some the websites here to remind me to actually get my ass going and make some of these o.o

Did you use old kimchi, or young kimchi. I notice when I buy kimchi around here that except for one store, its young kimchi because that is what is popular right now. The old lady at the Korean market on the corner from here lets it ferment a lot more so that it gets nice and sour and pungent.

I used a bottle that's been sitting in my fridge for a bit, and Odi thought that the whole thing was a bit too sour... maybe I shouldn't have went "eh, there's only a bit left, lets dump it all in." :(

I did get some young kimchi too (the supermarket has a banchan bar) but I didn't put any of that in. I'll be back for more kimchi and their marinated meats once my grill from Amazon gets here :)

I am so going to try that Zuppa Toscana recipe. Just ask aadyeniel how many bowls I have of the stuff when we go to Olive Garden.

I made that last night :) I added the 1 cup of cream and found it too cream-tasting, so I will (hopefully remember to) scale it down a bit.
