Scrap Paper Recipe

I found (pieces of) this recipe written down on a scrap piece of paper while I was trying to schedule a doctor's appointment, so let me type this up before I accidentally toss it out :( This recipe is probably not very useful for anyone else, since I don't really have any measurements (plus fish maw isn't exactly a common ingredient):
