2 - Duplicate the base and set it to screen, opacity 65% (do you have to play with this opacity!) >

3 - Go to Filter>blur> gaussian blur > radius: 1 >

6 - Add a color balance layer
Midtones: -16 / 0 / 12
Highlights: -6 / 0 / 9
Shadows: -10 / 3 / 8

7 - Sharpen the base now and add your/text/brush (you don´t need to sharpen if you don´t want)!
