1-Open, crop 100x100
2- Duplicate your base and set to soft light 100% - UP THE SATURATION (Control + U): *layer 1*
              Master: + 15
              Cyan: +50
              Magenta: +31

3- I used this 
by
ewanism,Set it to screen, 100% *layer 2*
4-Create a new layer and fill with 
#050824, set to exclusion 100% *layer 3*
5-Create a new layer and fill with
#b1f4f7, set to color burn 100%*layer 4*
6-Create a new layer and fill with
#f5ddc1, set to multiply 100%*layer 5*
7-Create a new layer and fill with
#be96b6, set to softh light 100%*layer 6*
8-I added this
by 
my_givenchy and set it to screen, 100% *Layer 7*

9-now, duplicate the soght light layer and drag to the top

10- Filter > Sharpen > unsharp mask:
- Amount: 76%
- Radius: 6,8
- Thresold: 22

And done!!



You can add a text if you want, of a brush. i did this:



Remember: If you dont like the result, play with the opacity!
