1 - Open and resize to 100X100
2 - Sharpen twice
3 - Image > Adjustments > Auto color
4 - Image > Adjustments > Auto contrast
5 - Duplicate your base and set to overlay 50% *layer1*
6 - Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Radius: 3,0)
7 - New layer - fill with #E7CD8F - set to Color Burn 40% *layer 2*
8 - New layer - fill with #005DC5  - set to exclusion 50% *layer 3*
9 - New layer - fill with #D87F49 - set to color burn 20% *layer 4*
10 - New layer - fill with #FFBBD1 - set to lighteen 20% *layer 5*
12 - duplicate the base - drag to the top - set to screen 30% *layer 6*
13 - duplicate the base again - drag to the top - set to  softlight 80% *layer 7*
14 - blur this last layer - Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur (Radius: 3,0)

opitional
15 - new layer - drag to the top *layer 8*
16 - Select the color #FFFFFF
17 - Use brush tool - size: 30 @ the botton (or @ another part)
