Sleep studies should be considered a form of torture
God that was horrible. It was like solitary confinement and I was there for approx. 15 hours. All they could tell me when I was done was that I definitely didn't have Narcolepsy, and the rest of the results would be sent to me later. Great. Now I'm worried that this was all a waste of time.
