Anyone wanna play Hide and Explode?
I missed this. I mean last week was nice, but it was also a lot of let's-fill-you-in-on-the-situation stuff. This was fun and un-angsty. Aang is so adorable as a "normal" kid and yet he's also such an old man. "Flamey-o, my fellow hotman." *snicker*
And judging by the very obvious hints from the past two episodes, it's Kataang all the way baby! (I'm so happy! Even if Dani and me kept fighting about it afterwords.) The only down-side of it is that now I'd rather see Zutara happen over this Mai/Zuko thing. I mean, srsly, "I love it when you hate the world." What drugs did she slip you?
And then Zuko made Iroh cry. *sniff* How can he not recognize that the reason why he's so lost is b/c he betrayed Iroh for Azula? I mean honestly, how hard do you have to beaten over the head with the lesson "Azula always lies" before you get it? Moron. It'll be interesting to see how he redeems himself.
Oh, and regular Fire Nation kids are surprisingly adorable. Sure they would of turned on Aang in a second if his headband had slipped, but they did help him get away. The poor things are just as surpressed as everyone else is. Let the little buggers dance.
Yeah well that's enough revelling for now. I've got to go take a little nap so that I'll be ready for Doctor Who later. But on the whole, I can't wait for next week's episode. Maybe by then I'll figure out why "the painted lady" sounds so familar.
