I slept through my bootcamp alarm AGAIN! Clearly there is something wrong here. I suspect my back is jacked up. This sort of thing usually happens when I have a nerve pinched somewhere in my back and that usually happens when my period is extraordinarily bloaty... which it was this time.

Need to make an appointment with the chiropractor!

Anybody with some design skillz have time and inclination to do a party flyer on the ultra cheap? I only have about $20 to spare and all I need is a simple flyer/invitation for my going away party on July 9th!

Trip over metal 'box' used for box jumps at crossfit. Proceed to shin savagely dry-humping box's metal edge. Finish with bad knee testing concrete floor's density at speed. Rinse, but do not repeat.

It is not much of a secret around work that I am a growing Dani Pedrosa fan. What is not known is that I used to be against him.
