You know, it could be depressing to discover that one's birthday happens to fall on the same day that some scientist(s) somewhere has discovered to be the saddest and most depressing day of the year, and all the morning news shows feel obligated to trumpet the fact every ten minute, but I refuse to let this day be depressing.
