So, about that "manhole bag." Do you usually lay your purse in the street? And then thieves usually walk off with it? Because I'm really trying to think of a situation where unfolding your purse and putting it in the middle of the street is a good idea, and I can only imagine it as such if it's something you normally do anyway.
