[Batman's doing what Batman does best - nursing his wounds in private.
Having not slept a great deal while out with Allen, coupled with not having slept at all while trapped in Riful's basement (being unconscious from pain and blood-loss sooo doesn't count), then only dozing for periods of 5, 10 minutes max on the journey back to the castle, and then miraculously having kept himself conscious with a luxuriously hot and steamy shower before Damian came at him with cotton and thread, Batman pretty much crashed into his bed and took a vow of comatosis for the next 18 hours or so :|b
But guess what? He's awake now.
