The Paradisa Records of Brann Bronzebeard
[dictated]
It's sure nice of this place ta provide a journal for keepin' track of it in.
[written again, in a surprisingly neat hand]
I've found myself in a strange new world. Some quick scanning of this book, and conversation with others found through it, shows that all of us have suffered the same fate, and whatever purpose it has for us has yet to be properly revealed. The others - Travelers, we're called - are from a multitude of different worlds, and sometimes even different times within the same world. If we were still on Azeroth, I'd suspect the Dragonflights; as it is, it's too soon to say for sure.
This journal itself is used for communication. It's magically connected to all the others provided on arrival, and can take dictation and even transmits fluids besides ink. It can even be adjusted with filters that make it less public.
Apparently, I've arrived at the start of an unusual event, that's expected to last a week or so. We're in a school for young humans, on a planet called Earth, and all of our forms have been changed to match the setting. Their technology is interesting - the level isn't as high as some examples of gnomish tech, but more reliable and far more widespread. There's also no magic at all - possibly because there are no races other than humans present. Humans in Azeroth learned to use magic when the elves taught them, and without that help, it's possible they'd simply never have learned to harness mana.
At the end of the week, we're expected to be returned to the usual setting, a castle full of magic, and restored to our usual forms and ages. I've read many interesting things about the castle, over this journal, but this entry is going to be long enough as it is - I'll write more on that when I have firsthand experience.
A teacher by the name of Raine Sage helpfully explained some things, and I'll be attending her classes to learn more about this Earth while we're here. She claims to be from a world called Aselia, where elves and dwarves arrived from the stars, much like the Draenei did on Azeroth, and humans are native. I can't help wondering how that came about; could it be that the Titans reuse their designs on other worlds? If so, in how many other lands might we find humans and dwarves, and even gnomes? It doesn't explain the elves' presence, of course, but it's an intriguing notion nonetheless.
She also told me that two of the Windrunner sisters are here, Vereesa and Sylvanas. I'll be the first to admit I'm eager to see the war over and done with, even if that means living alongside the Horde, but I'm far from sure that Sylvanas' motives will be equally peaceful, nor can I say the effect her sister's presence will have. Raine spoke well of both, though, so I won't rock that minecart; maybe this Paradisa is a real chance for peace between the races.

Hello out there! This is Brann Bronzebeard, an' I've heard I'm not tha only one from our world around here. Anyone else care ta speak up?
[/Azerothians]
Well, this is certainly an adventure and a half! I've done some readin' in this here journal, but I'm somethin' of a new face around here, an' still gettin' my bearings. What's tha world around tha castle like, when we're not bein' whisked away ta school?
[This is also an open post for his roommates in A9!]
