[Earlier in the week, one could have found Harmony in the City of Paradisa trying to plan the wedding of her dreams. She was selecting cakes, flowers, small trinkets to place onto the tables, and she was trying to learn to love the music of Barry Manilow. She'd picked out a photographer and a few other needed things -- and then Lorne's loss ended and reality struck Harmony upside the head. However, just because a loss ends doesn't mean she could go back on all of the contracts she had signed.
The theme for the Auction has quickly shifted from Thanksgiving to ... what would've been Harmony's wedding to Angel. The pristine white runner that once would've been going down the aisle, now starts at the entrance and leads to the photographer's booth. Now it's set up and ready to take silly photos (complete with a myriad of silly costumes) or just something to remember the day with friends. The wedding cake that Harmony had carefully selected to be perfect in every way -- is now sliced into hundreds of small squares, waiting for you to take a piece and enjoy it.
Feel like trying to impress a girl, before you win her? Pick up some flowers from the table and hand them to the girl you're interested in. They range from orchids to roses, and there are even some daisies in there. All of them are healthy and fragrant.
As you browse the aisles, each booth has been prepared for decoration. Whether or not the girl in question opted to do so or not, is simply their choice, but they were given the chance to make an impression on you. Set up in groups of four, the booths are set up like cubicles in an office, all with their backs to each other, open up to the aisle in front of them.
Feel free to take a pad of paper and pen! Choose wisely and make sure she knows that she's not just a date you're buying... but a chance to make a real connection. While you're trying to narrow down your choice, take a seat at some of the comfortable couches. Relax! Enjoy yourself and get a drink from the bar!
Make sure you keep an eye on the time, those auctions will close at specific times and you don't want to miss your chance to put in that final bid! Most of all, have FUN!]
