[Zelman is standing around on the front steps of the castle. there are three things you may notice about this that makes it different from all the other times Zelman has stood around outside on the front steps.
thing number one: he's got the shirt and pants and dapper waistcoat thing going on, which means, my god, he almost looks like a respectable gentleman. his hat is also missing, which means his hair does this adorable little sticky-uppy thing in the back. permanent hat-hair, probably.
thing number two: despite being very under-dressed for the weather (no suit coat for him!) he looks perfectly fine. this might have something to do with how all the snow in a three-foot radius around him is melting and quickly evaporating.
thing number three: he's not doing anything, just... watching people who are playing out in the courtyard, or quietly observing people who walk past the entrance. maybe he is even watching you. kinda spooky? maybe.]
