[The sound is faint, like an echo fading away into the distance and it's almost weak enough to be completely ignored. However, soon enough, little by little, the sound gets slightly louder.
And louder
And louder.
To the point where it sounds like a small child is downright screaming their lungs out, which is exactly what is happening as a tiny... thing, keeps falling from the sky. However before the mysterious object can make contact with the ground there's the vague shout of a single word.]
RUMBLE!
[--and suddenly that tiny spec in the sky has turned into a giant fuzzy... furry thing. About as large as a house really, and it comes crashing down to the ground in a loud sort of "boing". The force of the impact isn't enough to keep the huge fuzzball on the ground though and the recoil brings it back soaring a few feet into the air, upon which it shrinks and-- wait, does that thing have clothes on? And a hat? Are those horns???
Further investigations will prove impossible though, as a few seconds after the journal lands on the ground with a loud smack there's a splash in the background and Mysterious Furry Thing falls into the nearby duck pond. Unfortunately, he's not... really making any effort to get out of it, and he's currently face down in the water, a stream of bubbles trailing out from next to his mouth.]
((In-person interaction will obviously get a better response somehow but he should regain consciousness soon enough and get to his journal at a... mysterious point in time))
