While our cookies cool, I'm going to show you how to make a darling set of holiday napkin rings, with things that you can find already just lying around the kitchen! If you have a paper towel tube, some food coloring, and a couple of bottlecaps, then you've got the makings for a perfect gift for friends and family! And it costs you next to nothing.
