Hey, all this fuss about the kids has helped keep his mind off of Kevin Flynn's arrival, anyway, and with what he found today? Well, he feels like there's a damn good reason to be content.]

Not what I expected to uncover, and not what I'm after, but...

[He shrugs and taps one finger idly against the pages of his journal.]

It's common knowledge the former residents struggled with this...thing quite some time ago, but I thought I should inform you Users that they bested it. [Clu pauses, making a slightly amused noise in the base of his throat.] And from what it looks like their kids were just fine.

Deema and I spent the entire day playing checkers and reading to each other and going horseback riding.

It's going to take a while to feel back to normal, but things are okay now.
